HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER OUTSIDE OF REGULAR STORE HOURS, OR FOR PLACE AN ORDER FOR A FUTURE BOX?
You can place your order outside of regular store hours or for a future order (10 days out on the website), please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Order" tab at the top of our website and to go to "My Order" on the right hand box.
2. At the bottom of the box you will see "Specific Time" (It will say ASAP as a default during regular store hours, you can choose "Specific Time" by clicking the drop down menu).
3. If you choose "Specific Time" you will be taken to the calendar where you can then choose date, time and pickup/delivery options.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do. They do not expire and we honor the original value. Please order at the tab above, gift cards can only be redeemed in store so place your oder during regular store hours by phone or stopping by.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment can be done through our website (debit/credit) or you can pay in store with cash, credit or debit. For catering or by special requests etransfer can be arranged.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIALTY BOXES LIKE VEGAN/KETO/GLUTEN FREE/DIARY FREE?
We have all of our speciality boxes to fit dietary needs, we currently do not have a keto box but it can be made by request. A note about allergies- none of the products in the gluten friendly box contain gluten but some are made in kitchens that make gluten products, although cross contamination measures are always taken. Nuts are also prevalent in the kitchens so if you have an allergy please let us know under the comments. To order the gluten free box click here and select the tab "Specialty Boxes".
DO YOU HAVE A LOCAL STORE?
Yes, we are located at 257 Queen Street in Charlottetown. You can access our store by walking through Back Alley Records (formerly the location of Stir It Up).
CAN WE PLACE LARGE CHARCUTERIE ORDERS FOR EVENTS?
Cured Creations is a partnership between Creative Kitchen and Mosaic Management, our specialty is catering and events! Please contact us if you would like the ultimate charcuterie experience for your next event and we can arrange a quote based on your needs.
WILL YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF CHARLOTTETOWN AND STRATFORD?
Currently we cannot offer delivery outside these areas unless you had a special order (catering or large request). Please contact us and we can make arrangements.

CAN WE PICKUP OUR BOXES IF WE ARE OUTSIDE OF THE DELIVERY AREA?
Yes, you can pickup your order during regular store hours, 6 days a week.
HOW LONG ARE THE BOXES GOOD IN THE FRIDGE FOR?
Most of our products have a 30-day shelf life, but we would recommend that the boxes are the freshest up to one week in the fridge. If you plan to store your box for a week please message us and we can arrange to replace the fresh produce with extra pickles and give you instructions for how to keep the baguette fresh.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY FEES?
Delivery is free in the downtown core and $3 outside the core within our delivery range.
