ABOUT US

Chef Jen McKenna graduated from the Culinary Institute in 2012, where she began her career in PEI. Jen created her company Creative Kitchen, in 2017 where she specializes in catering, virtual cooking classes & meal prep.

Helena Wood has worked in the food and hospitality industry for 14 years. She created her company Mosaic Management Events in 2019, where she helps to execute small and large events.

The two met while working together on many events and became close friends, and now business partners.

 

They  started Cured Creations during the first COVID shutdown in 2020. The aim was to deliver ethically sourced, quality & local products to generate revenues for other small businesses, to Islanders who were stuck at home.

​

They now have a business curating charcuterie boxes, multiple catering menus, a shop in Charlottetown, employees & have partnered up with over 20 local producers.
